We needed more rocks.
So we went to the creek. Apparently rocks are more fun to throw in the water than to collect, but we did get a bunch of good ones.
After spending a lot of the morning hunting for rocks, there wasn’t much time for painting:
But I did sneak in a little social studies map work!
