Say hello to my little writing friends.
I needed to give myself permission to go slow this November. Hence, my NaNoSloMo theme. And what better to celebrate some slow writing than with snails and stationary…
In the end, I think I got about 10k words in. I discovered I don’t actually die if I use speech to text (I had decided long ago that it wasn’t for me, since I hate the sound of my own voice. Turns out the amount of writing I get out of it is worth listening to myself!). And I reminded myself how fun it was to create with words. So, I’m counting it as a total win, and look forward to more writing sessions in the weeks to come.
