It’s hard to remember where those acorns get hidden..
Oh man, I definitely struggled with the values on this one. I wanted to make the tree dark and the squirrel light to stand out against it. But the squirrel felt way too light, so I switched things around. I’m still not sure which was the better choice. And I had such fun drawing that tree, but in the end the close-up works so much better for seeing the squirrel, dang it, lol.
