Second friend: A hedgehog.
So, fun story. Before I started this project, I deleted instagram off my iPad in a late night decision to curb social media time. When I woke up, I discovered I had not deleted instagram.
Nope.
I’d deleted procreate.
Yup. All my work since December was gone. Several story roughs. Paintings. Projects. Characters — I’d been busy!
I took a deep breath, giggled at the fact that I still had up SVS’s podcast: The Persistent Illustrator, and got back to it. The clean slate was actually refreshing. But I decided that I needed a hedgehog and snail to help cheer me up after my loss.
