Client work for a touching family Christmas story about a little girl (the client’s mother) moving from Holland to Canada in the 1950s. This picture is of her mother waking up early Christmas morning, eager to discover if Santa had indeed found her in this new country and brought her the doll she was so desperately wishing for. I worked with family photographs and consulted with the client to try and capture their likenesses in a children’s book style.
