Yellow tomatoes are my favourite! But reds and greens and all the heritage in-betweens are delicious too. But not the ‘black’ ones. Those are disturbing. I’m never sure when they’re ripe and I have issues eating a tomato that looks like it’s gone bad. Purple beans, black raspberries, eggplants. All good. Black tomatoes? Why?
