Cherry Tomatoes!
Now, these ones will usually ripen for me, unlike their great big tomato friends.
Truth: I found these incredibly gross as a kid. They reminded me of eyeballs and I had no idea why anyone would ever want to eat them. That disgust morphed as I remembered the taste as something special. As I got older, I still didn’t love the store bought cherry tomatoes. Then I grew them in my own garden. That’s the trick! Sun warmed, garden ripened, sweet smelling tomatoes are so much better than store bought, and worth the gushy sensory mess on the inside, lol.
