Yay! I caught the rabbit!
I was working on an exciting scene today. Man, I find the monsters and imminent danger so much more fun to write than character interactions. I hope I don’t let my character interactions fall flat though. I’ll have to watch for that. How do you keep them interesting? Personally, I get fed up with ‘drama’. I can’t stand apparent self-absorption, especially in an action story where I want to be like, ‘Who cares if the guy likes someone else, there are monsters to fight!!!!’
But they don’t listen to me.
So, I’ll have to write my own stories, I guess 🙂
[Note: If you are a writer who loves to write the people dramas, I’m glad you do. They are important stories to tell! I just personally prefer to battle the less symbolic dragons]
