Animals with Verbs! Bat with ‘Bat’ …
I couldn’t help myself.
Okay, action lines. I feel like this is an understood art, and that I’m just pretending to know how to use them. Is this the way people do it? Or is there a cartoon standard?
The finished action lines do look better than the ones in my sketch, so maybe I’m learning…
Also: Hats are hard. But after I coloured up my original sketch, I felt they needed more colour. So with much photo reference using, I hacked up some hats for the bats, lol.
