I found some training wheels for drawing in perspective!
Let me tell you a story:
I get lost. A lot.
The end.
Really, though, my sense of direction is non-existent. I have no intuitive pathfinding ability. I have driven to different provinces without meaning to. I have driven to airports trying to go to a nearby city. If walking home some other way than the usual path, I really have to try hard not to get lost.
I’ve even got turned around in a revolving door.
My brain jumps ship completely when I try to map things out mentally.
So figuring out perspective? HA HA HA! Which lines go up? Which lines go down? Where is forward? What is forward? I lose it.
But I want to learn.
So last night I watched a bunch of tutorials on using Krita’s assistant tool. And went to bed a little mentally exhausted. But guess what? This morning, I drew a box! Yes, with the assistant. Yes it is ugly. But I’m proud of this! This is hard for me! So I’m celebrating!
