Thumbnails! This is my next favourite tool from inkygirl.com . You stick the text you want to illustrate at the top, and then sketch out a few spread ideas. I know you’re supposed to sketch out 50 or 100 ideas, or something like that. But 6 is a good level for me right now, so this page is perfect.
