Animals with Verbs! Alpaca with ‘Shear’ .
I have a friend with alpacas. She makes the most amazing and beautiful wool with them. I had the chance to go ‘help’ (I wasn’t that helpful) with a shearing day a few years ago.
Very fun!
Through her I live a vicarious and full spinning life, and thought this little alpaca series would be a fun way to celebrate some different and lesser known parts of the fibre making process.
